Places available
We are proud to be associated with the Lesbian Reconnection Programme run by WomenZone and primarily funded by Swansea Council. These events all take place in Swansea and the Gower, and are open to lesbians over 50 where spaces are available. The programme is evolving as women ask for additional activities and the budget allows, so contact womenszone@gmail.com for updates or to register your interest in events.
In the immediate future, they have the following arranged with spaces available:
- Sat 26 – Art in 3D
- Sat 26 – cycle ride (final details being confirmed)
- Sunday 27 – Forest Foraging – this event is fully booked but WomenZone are running a waiting list if spaces come available
- Sun 27 – Copper Jack – postponed due to unforeseen works on the locks – will happen in April sometime – to be arranged
- Thurs 31 – 8pm Bouldering for beginners
In April there will be a river trip on Copper Jack, which has had to be postponed due to unforeseen work on the locks. An April cycling event is also possible.
May 15 – 11am-12.30 Rock Pooling
